You'll be expected to remember regular guests, their seating preferences, and special requests to personalize each dining experience. Communication with the rest of the restaurant staff is crucial to maintaining an efficient flow of operations and excellent service standards. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the front-of-house area is a critical responsibility that ensures a professional atmosphere and complies with health and safety guidelines.
