Job Requirements

- previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred

Job Duties
- Greeting guests with a warm and enthusiastic welcome
- managing seating arrangements and waitlist efficiently
- answering phone calls and providing accurate information
- maintaining cleanliness and organization at host stand and entryway
- escorting guests to tables and presenting menus
- addressing guest inquiries and handling minor concerns
- assisting bussers with light table clearing or setting
- observing dining room flow and communicating with servers and management
