Job Duties
- Opening and closing the models and inventory homes
- welcoming potential buyers and building rapport

- gathering buyer details including likes, dislikes, wishes, and timeframe for purchase
- taking diligent notes for the on-site sales team
- delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and buyers
