Princess Anne Country Club is currently seeking a Chesapeake Hostess for its Food & Beverage department. This role is vital in delivering the exceptional first impression that members and guests expect when visiting the club. The Chesapeake Hostess will act as the welcoming face of the club, greeting guests and members with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will help maintain the club’s high standards of hospitality and service by managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring that all dining areas operate smoothly.

The Chesapeake Hostess must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with a hospitality-first mindset. This position requires standing for extended periods and working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and during special events such as weddings and member functions. Prior experience in fine dining, hospitality, or private club environments is preferred but not mandatory. The candidate should also demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

In addition to providing exemplary service, the Chesapeake Hostess will maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance areas, uphold the club’s standards of etiquette, personal appearance, and discretion, and provide timely and accurate information regarding wait times, dining inquiries, and event details. This role is essential in creating a seamless and pleasurable dining experience that enhances the overall club atmosphere.
