Fogo de Chão is currently seeking to hire passionate and dedicated individuals for the position of Host / Hostess / Greeter. This role is critical for maintaining the welcoming atmosphere that guests expect from their first interaction with the restaurant. As a Host or Hostess, you will serve as the face of the establishment, greeting guests warmly and professionally to facilitate a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include seating guests appropriately, managing the flow of customers in the front lobby, organizing and maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that the entire guest journey begins and ends with the highest standards of hospitality.

This position offers an hourly pay range starting at $15.00 and going up to $17.75, depending on relevant work experience. Both full-time and part-time team members are eligible for a comprehensive range of benefits that support their health, well-being, and personal growth. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance options available as early as the first of the month following 60 days of employment for full-time team members, along with company-paid life insurance and short-term disability coverage where applicable. Part-time employees also receive minimum essential health coverage along with dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability benefits. Additionally, voluntary benefits such as critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, pet insurance, legal services, and identity protection are offered to ensure that all team members feel supported in and out of the workplace.
