The role of Host/Hostess/Greeter at Fogo de Chao is essential in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests from the moment they enter the restaurant. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor to greet each guest, manage seating arrangements thoughtfully, and ensure the front lobby remains organized and inviting. Hosts and Hostesses at Fogo de Chao handle competing demands with grace, from coordinating seating to completing opening and closing shift duties, all while maintaining the flow and energy of the dining experience. The role demands physical stamina as team members must transport objects up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and work quickly and efficiently. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is also essential, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.

Job Qualifications

- prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is an advantage
