This restaurant chain is famous for its inviting atmosphere and the unique dining style where guests enjoy a continuous service of freshly grilled meats, creating a vibrant and authentic ambiance that celebrates Brazilian culture and cuisine.

Fogo de Chao's mission is to Feed a Purposeful Future by fostering an inclusive, supportive environment where all team members feel valued and have opportunities for professional and personal growth. The company champions core values such as teamwork, integrity, excellence, humility, and the spirit of "Deixa Comigo" (meaning "we've got you"), which defines the culture and daily operations of the restaurant.

Currently, Fogo de Chao is hiring for the Host / Hostess / Greeter position. This role is critical in shaping the first impression for guests and ensuring their dining experience begins on a warm and friendly note. The Host or Hostess is responsible for greeting guests professionally and hospitably, facilitating smooth seating arrangements, and maintaining the front-of-house area to ensure it is welcoming and organized. This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, greet every guest warmly upon arrival and departure, and assist with shift opening and closing duties.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy engaging with people and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. It requires standing for extended periods and being comfortable handling physical tasks such as transporting objects up to 25 pounds. The position also requires availability on weekends and holidays, reflecting the nature of the restaurant business.

At Fogo de Chao, both full-time and part-time team members benefit from a comprehensive benefits package designed to support their health, well-being, and financial security. Full-time team members qualify for medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of employment, along with company-paid life insurance and short-term disability where applicable. Additionally, voluntary benefits such as critical illness coverage, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, permanent life insurance, and pet insurance are offered.

Part-time team members also receive benefits, including a Minimum Essential Coverage health plan, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance with coverage starting as early as the first of the month post-hire. They can further enroll in voluntary benefits like pet insurance, legal plans, and identity protection.

Fogo de Chao is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E Verify, underscoring its commitment to workplace diversity and compliance with employment eligibility laws.
