The position of Host / Hostess / Greeter at Fogo de Chao is a pivotal role that helps set the tone for the entire guest experience. Individuals in this role are the first point of contact for guests, responsible for greeting each visitor warmly and professionally to create a welcoming atmosphere. Hosts and Hostesses ensure that guests are seated efficiently at appropriate tables, manage the lobby's organization and cleanliness, and handle multiple demands during their shifts. This role requires a dynamic individual who can maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to the overall dining experience. Starting pay for this role ranges from $17.75 to $21.75 per hour, depending on relevant work experience, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair compensation.
