They are currently hiring for the position of Host/Hostess/Greeter, a critical role that serves as the first point of contact for guests entering the establishment. This position involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing seating arrangements efficiently, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front lobby area. The Host or Hostess plays a vital role in managing the flow of guests, ensuring they are promptly and comfortably seated, and delivering courteous farewells to encourage repeat visits. Compensation details are aligned with industry standards, and Fogo de Chão provides an attractive benefits package that supports employee well-being. Full-time hourly team members become eligible for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment. The company also offers life insurance and short-term disability benefits at no cost to the employee. Voluntary benefits such as critical illness coverage, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, permanent life insurance, and pet insurance are also available to enhance employee security and peace of mind.

Part-time team members receive a minimum essential coverage health plan alongside dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance. These benefits can commence as early as the first month after hire. Additionally, voluntary benefits like pet insurance, legal services, and identity protection are accessible to support a comprehensive support system for all employees.
