Employees become part of something much bigger, inspired by the founder Bob Evans' vision of "growing good." The company culture fosters a sense of belonging, teamwork, and passion for taking care of guests and staff alike while providing farm-fresh food at a great value.

Host cashiers also handle cash and credit transactions, maintain cleanliness in the lobby and other public areas, assist with marketing and promotions, and support various other operational tasks as needed.

Host cashiers should be detail-oriented, reliable team members who can confidently handle money and operate point-of-sale systems. The job demands physical stamina, as employees will stand and walk for extended periods and may need to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
