As a Food & Beverage Server at Reunion BBQ, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for quality and hospitality. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and professional work area, serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages along with delicious menu items, and possessing thorough knowledge of the menu’s offerings. You will be trained to follow all Steps of Service meticulously, including greeting and welcoming guests warmly, up-selling items to enhance the dining experience, establishing rapport with guests, serving food and beverages promptly, pre-bussing tables to ensure a clean environment, thanking guests sincerely, and inviting them to return in the future.

In addition to these primary duties, you will engage in general cleaning tasks in accordance with health standards using standard cleaning products under the guidance of your supervisor. Providing end-of-shift reports and carrying out all reasonable management requests are also key elements of the role.
