Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Experience in upscale food and beverage service preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of cocktail and beverage programming is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and positive demeanor under pressure
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant or pool area
- Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently to maximize service flow
- Communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by anticipating guest needs and preferences
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times
- Assist in coordinating with the beverage and kitchen teams to support service excellence
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
