Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service
  • Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in upscale food and beverage service preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of cocktail and beverage programming is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced luxury environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and positive demeanor under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant or pool area
  • Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently to maximize service flow
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by anticipating guest needs and preferences
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times
  • Assist in coordinating with the beverage and kitchen teams to support service excellence
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
