The role we are seeking to fill is that of a Front-of-House Team Member specializing in greeting, seating, and engaging with guests to ensure they enjoy a memorable dining occasion. A crucial part of the role includes managing the flow of guests efficiently in the dining area, accommodating special seating requests, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant including entrance, lobby, dining room, and restrooms. You will play a fundamental role in welcoming guests warmly, managing seating logistics, and assisting servers while ensuring restaurant standards are met. This position also involves handling food and beverage orders for takeout and managing payment processes accurately.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work on your feet for long hours, managing physical demands such as lifting and carrying items, is essential. Previous experience with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills will support efficient order processing and payment handling. Flexibility to perform side work at the beginning and end of each shift and assist in any area as needed to contribute to smooth restaurant operations is a critical attribute for success in this position.
