We are currently seeking exceptional candidates to join our front-of-the-house team as Hosts. This role is central to the Taco Mac guest experience, as Hosts are the first point of contact for guests entering the restaurant. As a Host, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate for this position is friendly, energetic, and highly motivated, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements efficiently, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable welcome to all patrons.
In addition to greeting guests, Hosts at Taco Mac also assist with the to-go experience, helping to process takeout orders accurately and expediently. This dual role allows for a dynamic workday where you can engage with guests face-to-face while also supporting the operational flow behind the scenes. Taco Mac hosts are dependable, driven, and dedicated to providing an error-free experience that leaves guests satisfied and eager to return. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival
- manage guest seating and reservations
- assist in providing an error-free to-go experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- answer phone calls and take accurate to-go orders
- provide helpful information about the menu and restaurant policies
