Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to handle guest interactions with patience and professionalism

Job Duties
- Deliver unforgettable first impressions by greeting guests warmly and ascertaining their needs quickly and effectively
- Maintain a smooth flow by seating guests, managing the seating chart, and monitoring dining activity to ensure a seamless experience
- Deliver standout service by responding promptly and knowledgeably to guest inquiries and special requests
- Support general operations by performing opening and closing tasks and assisting with service preparation such as stocking and folding silverware
- Facilitate guest satisfaction by ensuring immediate resolution of any seating or service concerns
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency
