Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent general educational development (GED)
- No prior related work experience required
- Previous experience in food service environments is valued
- No supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine group size
- Seat guests by offering clean, available tables
- Remove and place chairs and updated menus at each seat
- Guide guests through dining rooms and provide assistance when needed
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and utensils for groups with special needs
- Ensure appropriate cutlery and place settings for each guest
- Check menus to confirm they are updated, clean, complete, and wrinkle-free
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas throughout the day
- Monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and well-being
- Comply with safety policies and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions
- Participate in safety training and obtain necessary certifications
- Keep uniform and personal appearance professional and neat
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company property
- Greet and acknowledge all guests per company standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and handle phone calls using appropriate protocols
- Foster positive working relationships and support team objectives
- Respond appropriately to employee concerns
- Ensure quality standards and expectations are met
- Be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move or lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds independently
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
