As a Restaurant Host/Hostess with Kinseth Hotel Corporation, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests promptly and courteously, assisting with their requests, and facilitating smooth operations in alignment with the outlet manager or supervisor's guidance. You'll also participate in pre-shift meetings to stay informed about specific guest and hotel expectations, which helps maintain a consistently high level of service.

In addition to direct guest interaction, you will support restaurant operations by setting up linen, serviceware, and glassware, ensuring everything is in place and meets the restaurant’s standards.
