The company is deeply committed to diversity, inclusion, and empowering every employee to thrive in a culture of innovation and excellence.
The role of Administrative Assistant to Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager at PulteGroup is an integral part of supporting the sales team’s daily operations and overall success. This position involves providing essential administrative assistance such as managing routine sales administration activities including filing, faxing, mailing, typing, and scheduling. The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in coordinating sales staff meetings, assisting with interviews for prospective homebuyers, and conducting model presentations that help educate clients about PulteGroup’s quality homes and offerings. This role also oversees closing coordinator responsibilities, particularly in collaboration with outside lenders, ensuring that the transaction process runs smoothly and efficiently.
In addition to administrative support, the Administrative Assistant is a key point of contact for resolving routine inquiries or problems from buyers related to their home purchases, providing accurate assistance and direction to sales associates, staff, and buyers. The person in this role will gain valuable knowledge of local real estate markets, competitor dynamics, relevant laws and regulations, public opinions, and national trends that influence home buying. This broad understanding supports both the sales function and enhances customer experiences throughout the home-buying journey.
PulteGroup offers this position as a chance to join a team dedicated to quality, consumer-centered service, and long-term growth within a company that values its people and fosters career development. With no direct budgetary or supervisory responsibilities, this role focuses on supporting the sales management team with excellent organizational skills and proactive communication. Candidates with at least a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of related functional experience are preferred, making this an accessible opportunity for individuals seeking a dynamic, growing career in the homebuilding industry. The culture at PulteGroup promotes inclusivity and values the unique contributions of each team member, making it an inviting and rewarding workplace for professionals eager to make a meaningful impact.
