Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Six months restaurant experience
- Must be able to make correct change and calculate daily receipts
- Must have good grooming habits and manners with ability to provide excellent guest service
- Must have valid Washington State food handler's card
- Good manual and finger dexterity for operation of computerized sales register
- Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
- Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
- Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
- Must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard and holidays
- Obtain Class III B license as required by Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and Washington State Gaming Commission
- Pre-employment drug testing required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests as they enter the dining venues
- Maintain reservations and assign tables to service staff
- Calculate daily receipts accurately
- Find suitable seating for guests
- Keep host-hostess area stocked and clean
- Perform additional duties as assigned by department manager
