Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in upscale or fine dining environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Commitment to upholding company values and the "Be FAIR" ideals
Job Qualifications
- Prior upscale or fine dining host experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for great food and providing excellent guest experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a guest first attitude
- Familiarity with reservation management systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide guests with menus and answer questions about the menu items
- Coordinate with the wait staff to ensure timely seating and optimal guest service
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in managing wait lists during peak hours
