Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must embody company values of being friendly, accommodating, inclusive, and respectful
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience as a host or hostess in an upscale or fine dining environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage guest seating and reservation assignments efficiently
- Maintain an organized and clean host station
- Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Uphold company standards and procedures consistently
- Assist in coordinating front-of-house activities to ensure smooth operations
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and hospitable environment for all patrons
