Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must embody company values of being friendly, accommodating, inclusive, and respectful
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience as a host or hostess in an upscale or fine dining environment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Manage guest seating and reservation assignments efficiently
  • Maintain an organized and clean host station
  • Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • Uphold company standards and procedures consistently
  • Assist in coordinating front-of-house activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Foster a warm, inclusive, and hospitable environment for all patrons
