Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- availability for PM shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- professional demeanor and appearance
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods
- willingness to work as part of a team
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly

- ability to handle guest requests, memos, reservations, promotional materials and event orders

Job Duties
- Greeting and escorting guests to tables in the restaurant
- maintaining a courteous and efficient operation of the dining room to ensure guest satisfaction
- communicating effectively with guests and team members
- assisting coworkers and pitching in to support team efforts
- promoting menu items to guests
- handling customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner
- ensuring professional appearance and conduct at all times
