We are currently seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Hostess to join our vibrant team. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be friendly and great with the guest
  • Must be able to work on your feet for hours at a time
  • Strong guest/customer service skills
  • Friendly and people skills required
  • Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and operate restaurant POS software
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for guest interaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and with a friendly smile
  • Engage guests in small talk and strive to learn their names
  • Manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently using POS software
  • Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth seating flow
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
