Job Requirements
- Must be available to work nights including dinner shifts Tuesday through Saturday and Saturday brunch
- Demonstrated friendly and hospitable demeanor
- Ability to work well with coworkers
- Capable of working in high-stress situations while maintaining composure

- Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Team player with a cooperative work ethic
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
- Maintain waitlist and inform guests of wait times
- Provide guests with menus and answer questions about menu items
- Coordinate with serving staff to ensure smooth table turnover
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly
