Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work nights including dinner shifts Tuesday through Saturday and Saturday brunch
  • Demonstrated friendly and hospitable demeanor
  • Ability to work well with coworkers
  • Capable of working in high-stress situations while maintaining composure
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Commitment to delivering excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Team player with a cooperative work ethic

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
  • Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
  • Maintain waitlist and inform guests of wait times
  • Provide guests with menus and answer questions about menu items
  • Coordinate with serving staff to ensure smooth table turnover
  • Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly
