Job Requirements

- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- strong communication skills

- must be able to stand for long periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- greet guests promptly and courteously

- assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate seating and wait times
- resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
