The Host / Hostess position at Acts is an essential role focused on creating an inviting and positive dining experience for residents and guests. This role involves greeting and seating guests, providing menus, and addressing any initial inquiries about the dining services. Candidates in this position are also responsible for managing incoming phone calls, coordinating call-ahead seating, and handling walk-ins with efficient use of reservation software. Additionally, the Host / Hostess manages financial transactions by processing charges and meal credits via a point-of-sale (POS) system.
