Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- willing to undergo Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- basic computer proficiency
- excellent communication skills
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Seat tables efficiently and courteously
- provide menus to guests and residents
- respond to initial questions and inquiries about dining services
- answer phone calls and coordinate call-ahead seating
- manage walk-in guests using reservation software
- process charges and meal credits through the point-of-sale system
- ensure a welcoming and positive dining atmosphere
