We are currently hiring Hosts and Hostesses to be the crucial first and last impression for our guests. This role is fundamental to the success of each Old Chicago restaurant as our Hosts and Hostesses contribute directly to delivering a perfectly crafted and memorable dining experience every time. The position involves greeting guests warmly, guiding them safely and professionally through the dining room, managing waitlists and reservations, and providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone. Our Hosts/Hostesses set the stage for what promises to be an exceptional meal, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued from the moment they arrive to when they leave.
