The role available is for a Front of House Host in one of Driftwood Hospitality Management's properties, focusing on thoughtful guest engagement and hospitality services that set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The Front of House Host serves as the first point of contact for guests entering the outlet, responsible for warmly greeting them, directing them to appropriate seating, and ensuring their overall satisfaction throughout their visit. This position is integral to the smooth operation of the dining service and requires a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented professional. The role operates within a dynamic environment that runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, meaning flexible shifts that may vary in start times and days are standard to meet the operational demands.

Key duties include managing guest reservations, overseeing the seating arrangements, maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of tables and service stations, and assisting servers with delivering orders and clearing tables. The Host is also responsible for upholding strict health standards through general cleaning tasks and ensuring a safe work environment by adhering to safety and security protocols. Physical stamina is essential for this position as it entails constant standing, walking, and the ability to carry loads up to 30 pounds.
