Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

  • willingness to assist in bussing when needed

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and determine the number in their party
  • seat guests by finding a clean, available table
  • pull out chairs
  • place clean and current menu in front of guests
  • guide guests through the dining rooms and provide needed assistance
  • move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings for special needs groups
  • ensure place settings are appropriate with napkins and clean silverware
  • check menus for cleanliness, currency, and availability
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
  • answer phone with friendly and inviting voice
  • take to-go orders with menu knowledge
  • assist with bussing shifts when necessary
