Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor

Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally
- Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the host station and entrance area
- Coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth service flow
- Address guest inquiries and resolve seating-related concerns promptly
- Assist in managing waitlists and communicating wait times to guests
- Uphold company standards for guest service and hospitality
