Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior experience in customer service preferred
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Customer service orientation
Team player mindset with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of reservation and seating management systems is a plus

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival
Manage guest reservations and waiting lists efficiently
Escort guests to their tables while providing excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the entrance and waiting areas
Communicate effectively with service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Assist with opening and closing duties as required
