Job Requirements

  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival
  • Manage guest reservations and waiting lists efficiently
  • Escort guests to their tables while providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the entrance and waiting areas
  • Communicate effectively with service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required
