Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage guest reservations and waiting lists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables while providing excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the entrance and waiting areas
- Communicate effectively with service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
