Avli is currently seeking a motivated and personable Host to join our team. This is a full-time position offering an hourly wage of $13 to $15, with additional benefits that include paid time off, a contribution towards health insurance, and paid sick leave, underscoring our commitment to our employees' well-being and work-life balance. In this role, you will be the face of Avli, tasked with greeting and seating guests, managing reservations through the OpenTable system, and supporting the flow of service to ensure that every customer’s visit is positive and memorable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, punctuality, and excellent customer care skills, along with specific knowledge of the Toast POS and OpenTable systems — key tools that help maintain high standards of efficiency and guest satisfaction. This position requires standing for extended periods and a commitment to undergoing Avli’s comprehensive training to maintain service excellence.
