Established in 2005, Cooper's Hawk has steadily grown and is now recognized for offering a modern yet casual dining experience that perfectly complements its award-winning wines. The brand is also famous for its extensive Wine Club, which is one of the largest in the world, providing exclusive membership benefits including curated dining and travel experiences. Furthermore, Cooper's Hawk has expanded its culinary reach with Piccolo Buco, a brand that brings the vibrant flavors of Rome to its guests. The company’s commitment to uncompromising hospitality and its passion for wine and food culture create a lifestyle brand that stands out in the hospitality industry.
At Cooper's Hawk, the role of the Host is essential in setting the tone for the entire guest experience. Hosts are the first and last point of contact with guests, making a significant impact through warm welcomes, smooth table flow, and engaging interactions. This role demands a genuine love for hospitality, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills to ensure every guest feels personally taken care of from the moment they walk through the door. Hosts are responsible for maintaining the professional image of the host area, managing seating plans, taking special seating requests, and supporting the service team to maintain a seamless flow throughout the dining experience. This position offers team members an opportunity to grow their careers with a comprehensive Career Growth Flight Plan, wellness support, and ongoing wine and culinary education. The employment type is typically hourly and includes an attractive benefits package valued by the company and its employees.
