- Previous host experience in a high volume restaurant is preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure Ted's standard of service is given to every guest every time
- Anticipate the guests needs
- Have full knowledge of all four host positions (runner, greeter, hospitality, and podium)
- Be punctual and in full uniform for each shift
- Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures of Ted's Cafe Escondido Restaurants
- Ensure all health and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned
- Turn tables quickly and efficiently
- Quote guests accurate wait times
- Communicate with management on large parties and wait times
- Greet guests with friendly smiles and enthusiasm
