As a Full Time Host at Monkey Bar, you will play a pivotal role in setting the tone for each guest's experience from the moment they enter the restaurant. The host is responsible for managing all aspects of the greeting and seating process, including overseeing reservation systems, managing floor plans, confirming reservations, and handling special requests and celebrations with care and attention. Your presence will ensure that guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.

This position is full-time and requires open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the vibrant pace and demands of a busy, full-service restaurant environment. Key responsibilities for the Full Time Host include ensuring all stations are properly stocked and prepared before and during service, leading guests to their tables while adhering to the highest standards of hospitality, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area throughout the shift. The role also involves proactive guest engagement—anticipating needs, creating personal connections, and addressing any concerns promptly to guarantee a seamless dining experience.

The successful candidate will be someone with at least one year of hosting experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant setting, demonstrating a passion for excellence and consistent delivery of superior guest service. Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift items up to 50 pounds, reflecting the active nature of the role.
