- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for the entirety of a scheduled shift
- ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
- ability to carry up to 15 lbs
- strong verbal communication skills towards guests and coworkers

- superb reading and writing skills in order to create wait list and decipher wait time
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to multitask in a high volume setting

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests
- present menus to guests
- create and organize wait lists
- manage floor plan
- answer phone and answer any questions regarding the menu and restaurant
- manage the call-ahead/reservation list in tandem with a manager
- interact with guests as they leave the restaurant in order to ensure positive dining experience
