We are currently seeking a Host/Hostess to join our dedicated team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for guests entering the restaurant. The primary responsibility of the Host/Hostess is to greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, manage the flow of patrons, and ensure that the dining experience begins on a positive note. The host or hostess will seat guests promptly, present menus, manage wait lists effectively, and communicate guest needs to servers and management staff. This role demands strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a genuine passion for customer service. The host/hostess acts as an ambassador for the restaurant, shaping guests’ first impressions and supporting smooth front-of-house operations.
