We are currently seeking a Host/Hostess to join our dedicated team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for guests entering the restaurant. The primary responsibility of the Host/Hostess is to greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, manage the flow of patrons, and ensure that the dining experience begins on a positive note. The host or hostess will seat guests promptly, present menus, manage wait lists effectively, and communicate guest needs to servers and management staff. This role demands strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a genuine passion for customer service. The host/hostess acts as an ambassador for the restaurant, shaping guests’ first impressions and supporting smooth front-of-house operations. Whether managing reservations or fielding phone inquiries about the menu, the host/hostess is integral to maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop interpersonal skills and hospitality expertise within a professional and supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and should be comfortable standing for extended periods and handling multiple tasks efficiently. No prior restaurant experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role. Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests
  • present menus to guests
  • create and organize wait lists
  • manage floor plan
  • answer phone and answer any questions regarding the menu and restaurant
  • manage the call-ahead/reservation list in tandem with a manager
  • interact with guests as they leave the restaurant to ensure a positive dining experience
