Beyond these customer-facing tasks, the Host / Cashier is also responsible for routine side work that helps keep the restaurant running smoothly. This includes transporting bus tubs with dirty dishes, resetting tables quickly and thoroughly, and maintaining the cleanliness of seating areas and carpets.
Flexibility and teamwork are vital for this position.
