Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a host or in a customer service role preferred
  • Ability to work in person with flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks as needed
  • Proficiency with POS systems is preferred
  • A positive attitude and a passion for guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a host or hostess in food service or restaurant settings is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests team members and management
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for managing reservations and guest check-ins
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly approachable demeanor
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices
  • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus but not required
