Job Duties
- Execute proper phone, greeting, and seating etiquette after completing training
- Initiate interaction with guests to set the tone of the guest experience
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by being welcoming, courteous, and professional
- Assist guests with making, confirming, and canceling reservations and document special requests
- Escort guests promptly to their tables considering reservation details and server rotation
- Field guest questions, concerns, and inquiries knowledgeably and courteously
