Job Duties
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, reflecting the Bergdorf Goodman brand and service standards
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating to ensure optimal dining flow
- Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff regarding table status and guest needs
- Maintain an organized and elegant host stand and entrance area
- Accommodate special guest requests whenever possible with discretion and professionalism
- Monitor dining room activity to ensure guest comfort and service efficiency
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and provide accurate wait-time information
- Support opening and closing duties as assigned
