Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience required
- luxury hospitality experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished professional presence
- ability to remain composed and service-focused in a fast-paced environment
- flexible schedule including weekends holidays and varied shifts
- ability to stand walk bend and reach for extended periods
- ability to push pull and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests at the hotel entrance with genuine hospitality and professionalism
- assist guests with arrival and departure logistics ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
- coordinate transportation and support valet or car service arrangements as needed
- load unload and transport luggage with care and efficiency
- tag store and retrieve luggage accurately and securely
- escort guests to reception desk ensuring comfort and ease upon arrival
- provide thoughtful overview of hotel amenities and services
- anticipate guest needs and offer assistance proactively
- deliver packages amenities and requested items to guest rooms promptly and discreetly
- assist with room changes and special requests with attention to detail
- maintain organization and cleanliness of guest entrance and luggage storage areas
- stock and support operational needs when necessary
- maintain familiarity with local attractions transportation options and neighborhood highlights
- keep informational materials current and readily available for guests
- partner closely with Front Office and Guest Services teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- maintain awareness of guest feedback and satisfaction metrics
- consistently contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience
- practice safe work habits and follow all safety guidelines
- adhere to hotel standards policies and procedures
- perform other duties as requested by leadership in support of team and guest experience
