Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous customer service experience required
  • luxury hospitality experience preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished professional presence
  • ability to remain composed and service-focused in a fast-paced environment
  • flexible schedule including weekends holidays and varied shifts
  • ability to stand walk bend and reach for extended periods
  • ability to push pull and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests at the hotel entrance with genuine hospitality and professionalism
  • assist guests with arrival and departure logistics ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
  • coordinate transportation and support valet or car service arrangements as needed
  • load unload and transport luggage with care and efficiency
  • tag store and retrieve luggage accurately and securely
  • escort guests to reception desk ensuring comfort and ease upon arrival
  • provide thoughtful overview of hotel amenities and services
  • anticipate guest needs and offer assistance proactively
  • deliver packages amenities and requested items to guest rooms promptly and discreetly
  • assist with room changes and special requests with attention to detail
  • maintain organization and cleanliness of guest entrance and luggage storage areas
  • stock and support operational needs when necessary
  • maintain familiarity with local attractions transportation options and neighborhood highlights
  • keep informational materials current and readily available for guests
  • partner closely with Front Office and Guest Services teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • maintain awareness of guest feedback and satisfaction metrics
  • consistently contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience
  • practice safe work habits and follow all safety guidelines
  • adhere to hotel standards policies and procedures
  • perform other duties as requested by leadership in support of team and guest experience
