Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
- Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout shift
- Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Hand-eye coordination
- Reaching, bending twisting, stooping
- Pushing and pulling
- Lifting overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants with multiple levels

- Greet guests warmly and manage the seating process to ensure an efficient flow in the dining room
- Explain the unique Nando's service style to customers in an approachable and friendly manner
- Recognize regular customers and provide a personalized experience
- Maintain poise and deliver superior service even during busy or stressful periods
- Accommodate the needs of special guests and handle seating requests effectively
- Work collaboratively with team members to support overall restaurant operations
- Ensure the dining area is welcoming and maintain a positive atmosphere
