Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests as well as all levels of employees in both verbal and written form in a professional manner
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to provide direction in a fast-paced environment

  • Must possess excellent customer relations, sales, and communication skills
  • Must possess at all times during employment a valid Washington State Department of Health card and any other government required cards

Job Duties

  • Open the door for guests
  • Keep lines from forming at the door
  • Answer incoming reservation calls
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, lobby, and dining room
  • Complete reservations in the computerized reservation system
  • Keep abreast of all food and beverage venues and menus
  • Complete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing sidework
  • Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Answer the telephone and facilitate guest requests
  • Notify manager of all guest complaints
  • Using the table management system, manage incoming reservations and venue floor
  • Conduct restroom checks regularly
  • Know our menu as well as servers
  • Assist with daily administrative work as per direction of the manager
  • Perform any and all other duties as assigned
