Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide a positive first impression
  • Escort guests to their designated tables efficiently and courteously
  • Manage reservations and maintain wait lists when necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries promptly
  • Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host station area
  • Assist in coordinating seating during peak dining hours
