Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must have good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor
- Basic knowledge of reservation management systems is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide a positive first impression
- Escort guests to their designated tables efficiently and courteously
- Manage reservations and maintain wait lists when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host station area
- Assist in coordinating seating during peak dining hours
