Job Requirements
- Ability to raise a tray weighing up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, wipe, lift, and grasp
- Sufficient mobility to move and operate in work area
- Ability to stand and walk during entire shift
- Ability to hear well in a loud environment
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Ability to meet state, county or municipal regulations for food handling
- Ability to distinguish between monetary denominations
- Ability to operate point of sale system
- Ability to work around potentially hazardous chemicals

Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately in a friendly manner upon arrival
- Seat guests at clean, dry tables utilizing proper seating rotation
- Maintain guest waiting list and adhere to proper seating order procedures
- Describe promotions and suggestively sell while seating guests
- Take initial beverage orders
- Attend to guest needs during dining experience
- Demonstrate safe cash handling procedures and accurately complete payment transactions
