Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently
Provide guests with menus and answer basic questions about the restaurant
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest service
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
