The role of Host at Invited plays a crucial part in shaping the member and guest experience by serving as the first and last point of contact during their visit to the club. This position is vital in setting the tone for the entire club experience by ensuring a warm welcome and smooth seating arrangements. The Host diligently follows established service standards under the Food & Beverage service training program and embraces the company’s 3-steps of service to deliver outstanding hospitality consistently. Duties include greeting members and guests by name, managing seating arrangements efficiently, maintaining an organized and sanitized host podium, and assisting with member services or other team tasks whenever needed. The Host must maintain a professional demeanor, handle last-minute requests gracefully, and address any complaints swiftly to uphold Invited's reputation for excellence.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, Hosts are expected to demonstrate flexibility and teamwork in a dynamic environment, supporting club operations beyond the front desk roles by adhering to all company policies and safety procedures. Attention to cleanliness, an eagerness to contribute to team success, and a commitment to personal and professional development are all integral aspects of the position. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in hospitality or service industries considered an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive member information confidentially are essential. Physically, the role demands the ability to stand, walk, and perform various movements for extended durations and occasionally lift or move heavy items up to 100 lbs.
