You will manage the seating arrangements efficiently, engage in friendly conversation when introducing guests to their servers, and maintain the restaurant waiting list during busy periods to manage guest expectations accurately. Your role is pivotal in ensuring all guest touch points are sanitized regularly, supporting Eddie V's focus on health and safety. Additionally, part of your responsibility includes thanking guests sincerely as they leave and inviting them to return, fostering lasting relationships and repeat visits.
