The restaurant prides itself on fostering a fun and welcoming environment for guests and team members alike, emphasizing connection, generosity, and a strong sense of belonging among its diverse community.
Red Robin is more than just a burger restaurant; it's a place where energetic, passionate individuals come together to create memorable dining experiences in a dynamic environment. The company is recognized for providing excellent opportunities for growth, with many of its current managers having started as hourly team members. This reflects Red Robin’s commitment to professional development and career advancement within the hospitality industry.
As a Host at Red Robin, you will be an integral part of the Front of House service team, making sure that each guest’s experience begins on a positive note. Your role involves welcoming guests with a friendly and approachable attitude, escorting them to their tables, and managing reservations and wait lists when necessary. This position embodies the spirit of hospitality and requires exceptional customer service skills to maintain the upbeat and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant.
The position offers flexible work schedules, making it suitable for students, part-time workers, or anyone seeking a role that can adapt to their availability. Compensation ranges from $11.80 to $14.24 per hour, reflecting the importance of the host role in the overall guest experience. Additionally, hosts enjoy a 50% discount on Red Robin food and a 25% discount for family members, along with referral bonuses for helping grow the team. Red Robin promotes an inclusive workplace and is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming individuals who share their passion for unbridled hospitality.
The Host position is not just an entry-level role; it is a stepping stone to a rewarding career in the restaurant industry. With comprehensive benefits such as health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage for eligible employees, retirement 401k plans with company match, paid time off, and employee stock purchase programs, Red Robin offers a supportive and rewarding work environment. The company values its team members' well-being and growth, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to advance.
Joining Red Robin means becoming part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences while having fun and growing professionally.
